WORKING OFFLINE WITH CHROMEBOOKS
If you aren't connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network, you can still view and edit files, including:
Turn Off Google Drive Offline To turn off Google Drive offline and remove the synced files from your Chromebook:

Google Drive
You can turn on offline access for your entire Google Drive, but not specific files. Offline access is only available in the Google Chrome browser.

Schoology
Reference Documents and Attachments
While connected to WiFi, make sure you download all files and documents that you will need to reference while offline. Completing Assessments If you need to complete a test, quiz, or other assessment within Schoology, open the item while you are utilizing WiFi. Leave the page open while you close your Chromebook. When you reopen your Chromebook while you are offline, the Schoology page will remain open. You may enter your answers to the assessment. When all answers and information has been entered, do not click submit. You can put your Chromebook to sleep and leave the page open. When you log into your Chromebook at school, your Chromebook will reconnect to the WiFi. After your Chromebook has reconnected, you may click submit within Schoology to submit your work. Submitting a Google Doc Utilizing the working offline functionality within Google Drive, you may create and complete a Google Doc while offline. When your Chromebook reconnects to the WiFi at school, you can submit your assignment to your teacher's Schoology course |
